Great telephone support. Superb delivery driver. Great sea can. Sadly, they needed to use a freelancer for pickup of the container who, unfortunately, did not reflect the company’s values.

From the first inquiry call to the last pick-up, everyone at Big Steel Box was kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. We used their largest bin to move and store our entire home while we built our new home. The dropped the box at our old house, we filled it, they moved it to our building lot, we emptied it four months later, and they picked it up when we were done. It was the simplest process, so convenient and affordable, and very easy to schedule with one phone call. I would highly recommend Big Steel Box to anyone needing storage and moving.
