- Location: Abbotsford
BigSteelBox Structures is looking for a General Labourer to assist in are busy shipping container modification yard in Abbotsford.
This is a permanent, full time position Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm starting as soon as possible. Salary is dependent on experience, benefits will be provided after 3 months and overtime may be required.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- Experience in construction or fabrication would be an asset
- Attention to detail
- Self-motivated, task orientated and hard working
- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to taking instruction from others
- Position: Class 3 Driver-Regina
- Location: Regina
BigSteelBox - is looking for a Class 3 Driver (Placement Technician) at our Regina location.
Working under the supervision of the Store Manager, the ideal candidate is someone who relates well with people, can solve problems, and is systematic, patient and detail-oriented.
A few essential duties will include local delivery and pick up of empty/loaded BigSteelBoxes (shipping containers), safely operating and ongoing maintenance of company vehicles,operating a forklift and other support at the store as required.

- Location: Abbotsford
BigSteelBox Structures – Canada’s leader in shipping container based modular construction - is looking for an experienced Welder/Fabricator for it's Abbotsford B.C location.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Education: Grade 12
- 2 years of experience as a welder/fabricator preferred, however a relevant experience in a comparable role will be considered.
- Excellent communication skills
- CWB certified (Canadian Welding Bureau) an advantage.
- Position: Yard Labourer- Port Coquitlam
- Location: Port Coquitlam
BigSteelBox is looking for a permanent Yard Labourer to fill a full time position at its Port Coquitlam store starting as soon as possible.
Working under the supervision of the Store Manager & Yard Supervisor, the Skilled Yard Labourer is responsible for supporting the Yard Supervisor in the daily yard operations. Conditions will include working outdoors, doing general labour and occasional heavy lifting. The ideal candidate is someone who relates well with people, can solve problems, and is systematic, patient and detail-oriented.
