Actually. You delivered my property to my home, it was professionally done by your satellite contractor. Then when you picked up your box your contractor destroyed my property. Because he slid the box on the truck he didn’t put it all the way on and managed to get his front end stuck. I sent pictures to Big Steel Box. No one ever got back to me. Odd how that works isn’t it. I get it. Everyone wants to save a buck. But the idea of a reputable company, not responding to the proper emails I sent. Clearly showed me you lack of concern. To top it off. The driver damaged the property. Then had my wife sign the “ We are not responsible for damage” after the fact. And still no one ever reached out from your company. Big steel box, you disappointed this old Veteran, and all that was required was a simple call or email. Don’t worry I covered the costs associated with the damage. Even has your contractor truck pulled out of the vaping hole he made.
