We had a great experience from start to finish. My mom moved from the lower mainland to the Okanagan. Every phone call was professional. Drivers were courteous on both ends, from pick up to drop off. They were there when they said they would be. Everything arrived safe and nothing was damaged. Highly recommend this service. Fair price and great customer service. Thanks again for making a big move less stressful.
Talk about professional. Every time I phoned to ask questions, I got a great polite informed response. Loved watching the driver drop off the box, perfect placing, picked from house on time. Emptied box at BigSteelBox yard near our new home, and it was placed so I had easy access to unload at my convenience. It all went extremely well. Made moving across Canada a good experience.
Very accommodating, very responsive and very helpful. I had a complicated move that required multiple pick ups and drop offs and they even coordinated the pickup and drop off of a personal container of mine. I hope i never ever ever ever have to move again but if i did, id use bigsteelbox in a heartbeat
