We had to get two containers and we were offered different options that would suit us the best. The customer service is excellent, and the drivers that picked up and dropped off the containers were so nice and conscientious of our needs. Moving across country is expensive and stressful, and Big Steel Box really helped us get through this. Thank you so much! I definitely would recommend them.
Wow! An incredibly positive moving experience in every way! We closed on our house before knowing where our next house would be, so BigSteelBox (BSB) provided us with estimates for our three most probable destination cities. Their pricing was very competitive so we went ahead and ordered a 20-foot container for our move. Once we were all packed BSB picked up the container and they stored it at their yard. When we eventually purchased our next home they delivered the container to our new address on the day we requested. We had many glass tables and glassware so I was expecting to lose one or two pieces .... not a single item was broken!! BSB quotes were firm and there were no 'surprise' costs added. We highly recommend this moving service.
BigSteelBox is the way to go. Their pricing saved us thousands over traditional movers and was completely stress free. They were reliable, friendly and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and/or use them again. We had a big cross-country move and BigSteelBox was the best decision we made.
