We chose Big Steel Box twice for a long distance move from Alberta to BC and 10 years later from BC back to Alberta. I can't recommend this company highly enough. They are flexible, kind and make the moving much more tolerable. Let's face it no once likes moving. We got sick in the midst of our most recent move and the staff showed compassion and kindness by extending our box at home without billing us an extra month for storage. Definitely recommend this company as they care about their customers and will do what they can to make things easier on you. Thank you Big Steel Box!
Another great experience with Big Steel Box! Booking time was awesome, nice that I didn't have to wait a week or 2 for them to pick it up. 2 day booking was very convenient. Drivers came to pick up the can im renting, to store in their yard. There was two of them, only for the reason the one was being trained. They both were extremly courteous and helpful. THANKS AGAIN BIGSTEELBOX! I would highly recommend this company for your storage needs.
I would definitely recommend Big Steel Box. iMovie from Kelowna to Airdrie they dropped off container at my home. Picked it up when I was ready. Took it to Calgary. When I was ready to unload they delivered it to my new home and picked up when it was unloaded. They were awesome and the price was as well. Thank you very much. Would definitely use you again for a move
