Service was friendly and prompt. When I did have an issue at the end of my rental the company was quick to respond and correct the issue. Bottom line I would rent from this company again and recommend as I have in the past.

I felt from m the first contact with customer service to arrange the booking through the delivery, pickup and follow up Big Steel Box ranks right at the top in communication and customer satisfaction. Props to my booking agent for the smooth timing, call back and follow up. Props to the driver for giving me the best options to make my move easy and for keeping me in the loop to his day and timing for both pick up, delivery and then finally the return of the container. I have referred Ian Dawson to rent a container for his move and we both have told our colleagues of our experience. The final piece was my billing which was done as quoted and I used a gift card which Big Steel Box donated to a local community event fund raiser. This showed me a sense of community as well as a very local business. The accounting department followed up to insure my credit was applied to my account. I will refer Big Steel Box and if I need a container for my business they will be my first call.

I have been working with Jagger for my very convoluted move, which required multiple dates and location destinations for my stored items. Jagger was quick, precise and detailed with setting clear expectations and getting me all sorted. I had worked with him a few months prior to actually needing to move my items and having them stored until I was ready. Though that was an easier transaction, he was equally helpful then with setting me up. I would highly recommend Big Steel Box and Jagger!
