I've had some great experiences with the company, and some not so great, but the manager has reached out and found a solution that works for BOTH sides. I appreciate the assistance, and the understanding. Looking forward to having Jodie back with us tomorrow to pick up our container, and I will continue to recommend the company going forward
I don’t usually give reviews but I had a situation where I spoke to Anna who was rude and gave me attitude. She messed up my delivery and I almost had to pay double the price for a loaded pickup and delivery. When I called back, I then spoke to Hanna who could only tell me that I signed a contract and that’s what it is. Fortunately, (after asking to speak with management) Erika who was AMAZING followed up and checked over the recorded called and confirmed that the experience I had prior was not an accurate representation of their business. She proceeded to give me a credit and discounted my next invoice. I almost hated this company if wasn’t for Erika. Thank you for all that you do Erika 🙌
After getting quotes from 2 other similar companies, it was obvious immediately that Big Steel Box was more organized, professional and friendly. I chose them and was very impressed with every part of the process. The office staff was professional and accommodating when I needed to adjust my dates. The box was delivered by a very skilled driver who worked very carefully to put my box exactly where I wanted it and it was a tight squeeze because I have a shared driveway. The box was clean and very secure. I got “heads up” calls when delivery or pickup was in a half an hour, which was helpful. Every part of the experience with Big Steel Box was excellent. I would highly recommend them.
