We used BigSteelBox for our recent move (as storage before the move, and as our main transportation for the move). It was nothing short of excellent! Economical option to hiring a moving truck. We did everything ourselves at our own pace; the box holds a ton of stuff; it was clean and really well insulated (during a very hot summer!); our things barely shifted at all during the actual move; nothing was damaged; and the driver was helpful, reliable, and manouevred the box like it was nothing! It was very cost effective compared to other storage and moving option. I would use this company again in a heartbeat and I have no qualms at all about recommending their services!
Very friendly, responsive and accommodating staff. From start to finish, the entire process of storing my belongings went smoothly. Containers clean and securely stored at a very reasonable price. Will definitely be recommending this service to friends and family!
We used this service for our move, and it was GREAT! They were also the only company of its kind willing to come to the area we moved to (quite secluded). Tavish helped us with the booking and was quick to respond to questions and extremely pleasant to deal with. Dave was there for the pick up and drop off, and was extremely friendly.
