I had a great experience with box it up. The facility was always clean, secure, and easily accessible. The staff was friendly and very helpful throughout my rental period. The move-in and move-out process was smooth and hassle-free. I really appreciated how professional and prompt their communication was. Great reputable company to do business with. Many of the containers for sale on FB Marketplace are scams. BSB pricing is comparable and they’re a reputable business. We wanted to look at a box that was stacked and they didn’t hesitate to use the forklift to bring it down to look at it. I recommend them.
Big steel box did a great job during are move back to Alberta from Vancouver!!!! We changed plans a couple times on pick ups and delivery of the steel box. They were very patient and had no problem accompanying our needs. Thank-you for great service
