Rob just delivered the steel box, thank you! Great driver, cautious of driveway spacing etc. and provided an explanation on the lock/pick-up etc. He also called prior to drop off for confirmation. Thank you Rob & Big Steel for a delivered clean product. Impressed!
I was really impressed with their service. I had expected hiccups and troubles but there were none. We rented a box to hold our household belongings for 2 months while we renovated. Drop-off and pick-up were right on schedule, there were no surprises with billing and the process was simple. Would highly recommend for a stress free move situation.
Every time I called the office the receptionist was very friendly and would do anything to help you out. They seem to care and cater to your needs once booked delivery was fast as well as the pick up. The delivery driver was very fast, efficient and super friendly. I don't think I would use another storage company in the future I will stick to the Big Steel Box Company.
