I dealt with several people initially, which was annoying, even though on each call, each individual was very polite and wanting to help. The repeated calls were by reason of the BSB invoice not having a street adddress for delivery of the box, or a correct postal for mail. Repeated atttepts were made to send the same incorrect invoice, until Braydon Halloway came along. By this time, I was frustrated but Brraydon remained calm, positive and eventually redid the invoice with the correct residential and postal addresses. I t may have been that my computer, was autofilling the invoice with incorrect information. We had moved in the previous few days and I had not updated the computer's personal information, which still had the old personal information fror before our recent move. Braydon Halloway was a pleasure to deal with and exceptionally polite and helpful. I add that all employees of BSB were a pleasure to deal with.

I give 2 star rating because the two containers that I have rented for almost a decade, I had asked to purchase the units, and was told I would receive a call the next day. When I had to call back because I didn't hear from anyone I was told no, they can not sell them to me at this time, and if they did sell me a container that it would be at there next asset sale and it wouldn't be that container, and it will be at no discount( full price ). At the current rental for one container, for the length I have had it, the total I have paid is $9000, and additionally another $5000 for the other one i rent. I fully regret not canceling sooner knowing what I know now. There is definitely other cheaper options available from secure-rite and others, and they are willing to sell containers whenever you want. I will be canceling my current rentals ASAP. Its not like i am asking for a free container, but after after being a loyal customer for as long as I have, i expected better customer service and when I can get the same container $500 cheaper from somewhere else I would have expected them to at least work with me, or at very least let me purchase the container
