I used BigSteelBox to move this past December and I was pleasantly impressed with the service. At first I was a bit hesitant because other companies offering this service have more reviews etc. but the size of the container drew me to BigSteelBox. Putting in the order for the container was very easy and seamless. They called prior to delivery and the box was dropped off in minutes. The box itself was very clean, and the doors provided a nice seal (we had some terribly windy and rainy days during this time), with no water entering the box. When it came time to move my container again, very smooth with a call prior to coming. No items were damaged during the move, which made us happy because we were a bit concerned with the loading/unloading tilt that occurs, but everything was fine. One small knit is that when using their online estimator for the size of box we would need it was not adequate. We rented the 20' box and probably could have used another 10' box, and we were a small 3 bdrm house.

EDIT: BigSteelBox have contacted me to fix the issue and overall they were able to make it a better experience, so I changed my rating, thank you. I was really aiming to give a 5 star experience because we booked the container, it came and it was transported safely. However, the service is misleading and was not a great experience when we got an extra $200+ charge for "an extra month" and some "handling" charges. We were already quoted a certain amount and charged and it wasn't a small cost.... The sales rep convinced us on booking a slower transit time where we don't care about the time, because it was cheaper. But, it was SO MISLEADING. Slower transit means you are basically going to have the container for more than 30 days rented because it takes long to get there. So when we got the container, even though we told them to come pick it up the next day when we booked the container and paid for it. No one seemed to write this down, so we had to call to specify for them to pick it up and they took long, so then we were charged these costs for 30 days rent when it didn't make sense AT ALL. We asked for a refund because it is not fair, we should've booked the fast service if we are being basically charged the same amount, instead of waiting so long for this container then being charged BECAUSE it took long. So beware and be careful when you're booking and choosing the "speed" of your transit. We're disappointed that they won't refund us on those "rent for 30 days" extra charges. If they handled this well with correct customer expectations or rectified this properly, this would've been 5 stars...
