I don’t often write reviews but I want to commend the whole team at Big steel for a great job. Everyone was very helpful, accommodating and friendly. They made what a stressful situation of making a big move from one province to another much more bearable.The company was so flexible and accomodated our situation of not knowing when our home would be completed. Had a time gap between our move out and move in. Big Steel Box was the best solution. Having the time gap in many ways was stressful, but anything to do with Big Steel Box was stressLESS and I would use their services again in a heartbeat!
Super friendly and polite staff, quick to help get you set up with a container. Containers were cheaper to rent than a storage unit in town and more space. I was able to load directly at Big Steel Box location as I didn’t have yard space for a box to be dropped off.
