I used BigSteelBox for a year of storage in Kelowna and then a complete cross country move from Kelowna to Moncton in Summer of 2025. All the staff I dealt with were professional, super easy and accommodating, from the folks in the contaact center, yard staff, transportation team and everyone else I had the pleassure of interactiving with that arranged our long distance move and longer term storage. We used a local moving company for packing the container and a different one at the other end for unpacking, but everything arrived in one piece and in a very timely fashion. They even accommodated a super high stresss time as I was in hospital ICU during the long distance portion of the move too and. they were the least part of our stresses during this extremely difficiult time for myself and my wife. I would 100% feel very happy to recommend BigSteelBox for even a super long distance cross country move and for storage throughout a summer and winter!
