They are great, this office in Winnipeg took care of our move from Winnipeg MB to Hope BC. We did not have an address to move into when we had to be check out of our home so we chose Big Steel Box to handle our move because it was inexpensive to hold our belongings in Storage until we were ready to unload it into our home. They are friendly and very helpful. One thing to note, when we called and asked about how a piano would stand up to being transported by them they did not really know because no one has given feedback on hauling pianos with them. We had 2 pianos in our Big Steel Box and they travelled very well. Nothing in our box received any damages from being transported halfway across the country. I recommend Big Steel Box to anyone who are looking at moving household belongings. It is convenient, the honour their estimates, they will do what it takes to keep their customers satisfied.
