The shipping container world for purchase or rent can be very shady. I made a number of inquiries and between outright criminals posing as shipping container companies and other companies that are not service oriented in the least, I was sceptical at best by the time I got to call Big Steel Box. What a terrific surprise!!! The salesman was courteous, efficient, extremely helpful and I was able to arrange the container in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. The drivers were so good, Brad on the Surrey side dropped and picked up and he is fantastic, accommodating and just all around good dude! The 2 fellows on my new home end up in Salmon Arm also did not disappoint, very courteous and professional. Helpful and loaded exactly where and how I needed. I also talked to a lady in the office on the Salmon Arm side and she too was fantastic!! This company is run very well and I highly recommend them! I would not hesitate to use them again.
