Store Manager

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Mississauga location. In this role, you will oversee operations and people leadership while ensuring an exceptional experience for both customers and employees. You’ll lead and develop a diverse team, manage inventory and site operations, monitor financial performance, and drive local business growth through strong customer relationships and effective sales and marketing strategies.

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role (8:00 am – 5:00 pm) for a confident leader who enjoys taking ownership of a business, balancing operational priorities with people leadership, and building a positive, values-driven workplace culture.
