Digital Marketing Specialist

BigSteelBox – Canada’s most diversified shipping container company – is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our central support office in Kelowna’s Landmark 6 building. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of data, technology, and marketing, and who is motivated by turning digital tools into measurable business results.

As we continue to grow across Canada, you will play a key role in strengthening and scaling our digital marketing systems. From websites and CRM to email automation, paid media, and analytics, you’ll help power the engine that drives lead generation, customer engagement, and marketing performance across the organization.

This is a permanent, full-time position with a flexible hybrid work arrangement (in-office and work-from-home following training), offering competitive compensation, benefits, RRSP matching, and profit-sharing after three months.
