Why choose BigSteelBox for your restaurant's storage needs?

We’ll help your restaurant shift from spring and summer, to fall and winter with ease.
Many customers who operate restaurants with outdoor patios will have a BigSteelBox dropped off in the fall. They’ll spend a few days loading it with seasonal furniture and decorative items, and then have us move it to our secure storage facility to store over the winter.
This is especially valuable for restaurants who invest heavily in their outdoor furniture. Leaving it outside and exposed to the harsh winter elements will cause damage and shorten the product’s life.
As soon as spring arrives, we’ll deliver your BigSteelBox again so the patio can be opened for the season. Your furniture will look just as good in May as it did when it was packed in September! Call us today for pricing:
We've got your restaurant's storage needs covered.
Convenient
We’ll deliver a BigSteelBox to your location so it will be right outside your door. This makes loading it quick and easy for your staff.
Professional Look
We understand that image is important to your restaurant. Your rented BigSteelBox will always arrive looking clean and professional.
Protects Investments
Quality outdoor furniture is expensive. Protect it by keeping it out of the winter elements in a weather and rodent-proof BigSteelBox.
Very very happy I used bigsteelbox for my recent move across the country. The customer support was top notch and always available when I had questions. Update Sep 18, 2025 Thank you very much for taking my feedback seriously. The supervisor of the company reach out (Ryan and Aria - sorry if I spell your name incorrectly) to ask and check up on the issue. Even the manager actually send out an email prior to Ryan contacting me the next day. Ryan listen and actually came up with a resolution and re-credit partial of the amount back. Company response to the issue is professional and attentive. Once again thank you for listen to the feedback of your customer, and try to come up with a resolution. I would continue to recommend the company to family and friends. Just one thing would be make sure to ask for a full breakdown of the whole trip and process. Sometimes people miss things. We are all human. ————————————————— September 17, 2025 Originally I’m very happy with Big Steel Box. But I am disappointed with the final process. When I got the final bill, shock is an understatement. Despite I explain and told the rep at the beginning. Despite I told them that I am moving from Paris, ON to Mississauga, ON at the very beginning. Initially I am okay with all of the cost, I just never aware and also don’t understand how it cost $350 one way from Paris yard to Mississauga address. Then another $95 back from Mississauga to Paris yard (this I get). Fees of delivery break down: $75 to drop off empty bin $75 to pick up loaded bin to storage $350 to drop off a loaded bin from storage to Mississauga address. $95 to pick up an empty bin from Mississauga Imagine the shock of getting the final over $500 bill. Why wasn’t I give a quote or something along, “This would also cost you this much and much in the future if the bin get drop off at your Mississauga address”. Now that my stuffs are in the bin, it’s no difference of having a knife again my neck forcing me. If I have knew from the beginning the cost breakdown. I would have to look at my choices again. When I call the person who sent me the bill (Matt), yeah I get the frustration because he isn’t a sale rep. But the, you should ask for the estimate this and that. Then what is the point of my conversation at the beginning with the sale rep? Should I hold their hands and ask for every single details even though I have told them that it would go to Mississauga. I didn’t even know the storage fees, that I have to search and ask them myself. I get the distance. But I don’t understand how it makes sense the cost at all. Empty or loaded at the beginning is the same price. Then how is it empty or loaded the second time is 3X the price? Even with the distance.
