Update: Thank you for reaching out here, however we have not noticed any missed calls. My daughter who was the holder of the box has called Big Steel Box a few times to talk to someone and has received refunds to her card, which is appreciated. Thank you for attempting to make right what happened. After paying 3 years of storage at your facility (Michael McCallum) how can you deliver the wrong storage container, take almost 3 hours to find and deliver the correct one….and not a sorry, my mistake, nothing…not the last you have heard from us…
Absolute cinema. Stay away from this company if you have the option. Yes the 1 star reviews you see does reflect the current state of affairs. I called to action a quote that was 2 weeks away from expiring and their representative was arguing with me that I should have told them all the information from the quote - even when I gave them a quote number - umm What??? Lol, they got mad and chirpy when they got caught overpricing their services in contrast to the original price offered. Hollywood 2.0, Haha, the operational strategies of this company is to be studied. If I could summarize this company in one word - untrustworthy! Cannot trust their predatory mark up. quote states 75$ off delivery, rep says 150$, quote says 29$ for monthly storage fee, rep says 39$. Arithmetic 101 - 1+1 =2; however in their books, it probably equals to 10 🤣. Upon reading the other reviews, it is apparent that a smooth sailing is not guaranteed - massive red flags 🚩
