Great customer service. Box was delivered and retrieved promptly. Prices are fair, no hidden costs. Box well sealed so items stored including mattresses were in good condition after 11months. Would recommend
our box was dropped off in Dorchester Ontario when scheduled and picked up when scheduled then delivered to our new home in Nova Scotia when scheduled and everything inside was just the way we packed it, safe and sound and no damage. It is really all in the packing. Very important to pack correctly. Would recommend this company.
I would look at other options if I was looking for this type of service. A new neighbor had used their service. The delivery truck delivering their storage container, drove up onto my property, damaging my driveway and lawn. I have sunken pavers , cracked stone, damaged lawn. The company takes no responsibility and says our new neighbors should fix it. It was big Steelbox driver who did the damage. I personally would not want the companies liability passed onto me.
