What a great experience we had with Big Steel Box on our move to our retirement home across the country. The staff from booking to delivery of the box and dropping it off at our home were all outstanding and kept us informed every step of the way. Recently moved from ON to AB and used Big Steel Box to transport house contents. The price was very competitive to other similar companies, they were easy to work with and excellent communication every step of the way. After the long drive, we would not want to unload the container ourselves so I hired a moving company and they met us at the yard in Calgary, unloaded the container and delivered to new place. Big Steel Box recommended we have movers arrive to yard after 10am as they don't open yard until 9am to avoid extra fees if movers arrive too early and box is not ready yet to be unloaded and they are getting paid by the hour. It was a very seamless process glad I made the choice to use this company.
I moved from Winnipeg MB to Calgary AB this has been the best and least stressful experience of a move. The prices are reasonable and the staff are incredibly friendly!
