Important Notice to BigSteelBox Customers
BigSteelBox is currently in the process of changing our main operations and financing system. This is the IT platform that we use for all of our customer interactions, including quotes, orders, transport of Boxes, invoicing, etc.
This new system will allow us to provide you with a more consistent customer experience, and make it possible for us to add new features and enhancements to your account in the future.
If you’ve arrived at this page, you’ve most likely received a request from us to update your credit card information by email or telephone. We can assure you that this is a legitimate request.
For security reasons, BigSteelBox is unable to move the credit card information of our existing customers from our current system to the new system without the customer's consent.
If you have already updated your credit card with us, the only difference you may notice is a change to the format of your future invoices. If you have not yet updated the credit card on your account, please call us at 1-800-373-1187 so we can update your account in the new system as soon as possible.
