About 25 years ago, I built a garage and thought this is going to be a great place to work on my mechanical and construction projects. Well my space was quickly filled with all the things my wife valued from when our daughters were born, to ballet, skating, horses, kindergarten, elementary school, high school, university, and moving back home...Well the time has come to fulfill my dreams. I contacted Big Steel Box and they made it all possible, with the perfect color and size of container I wanted. Terry loaded up the container of my choice and delivered it the next morning. His driving skills were phenomenal; it was like he knew exactly where I wanted it placed. Customer service seemed to be a top priority on Terry's list, a quality that's refreshing to see. I proceeded to shelve the container and empty my garage of all the memorabilia. It's now all accessible and organized, even my wife commented how nice it is. Happy wife, happy life.

The big steel box was a tremendous help with our Christmas hamper storage. We were able to get 420 hamper boxes in the box. We battle space issues everyday at the food bank, so the additional storage was a tremendous help. With over 1200 people registered for Christmas hampers this year, the need for additional space was more important than ever. I'd like to personally thank you and your staff for their excellent service.

Everyone at BigSteelBox was extremely helpful. I would like to thank all of you along the way. Everyone from the first quote to my final statement and follow up. It is something when you can go into an office, and be addressed by your first name, even though you've only been there once. The personal touch from the office staff, to the hand shakes from the drivers, and the overall professionalism is what would make me use BigSteelBox again, without hesitation.

You went above and beyond the call of duty, you knew we really wanted to get our box delivered to our new house in Calgary on the long weekend and you made it happen. I was so impressed how you made yourselves available late on Wednesday night to make sure our box got loaded from Kelowna. If we ever make another long distance move I will for sure use BigSteelBox!

It was a pleasure doing business with BigSteelBox. From my first encounter with Tasha in the Kelowna office to Terry the driver. I was treated with great courteousness and friendliness. The Steel Boxes were delivered and picked up on time and great care was taken to make sure that no damage was done to the driveways. BigSteelBox made a difficult move a lot easier.

Thanks again for making our move such a pleasant experience; everyone in your organization was so nice to deal with. We've moved 5 times in the last 7 years; and while I'm hoping we don't move again if we do we know who we'll choose. I've attached a picture of me and my two daughters unloading our last 20' bin on our final day of unloading; notice the smile on my face!

Thank you for your help in my purchase of this box. In the beginning I was concerned whether this was the item I needed. After discussing it with you, and hearing your opinions and suggestions I can confirm that the sale was professionally handled, my concerns were carefully addressed and the box that arrived was in superb condition.
The driver was excellent and easy to work with; she put it perfectly where I wanted. Your follow-up afterward was a further testimonial to me that this was wise choice, and I will be letting everyone I know your company is great to deal with and provides a product that is well worth the money.
The only negative thing I can think of is it has made me WANT ANOTHER ONE!!! I've include a couple of pictures to show you the box in its final resting position and the great job the driver did in getting it there. Thanks again and I hope we can do business again.
