Of course! Just complete our online order form and a BigSteelBox sales representative will contact you to finalize your order and arrange for delivery.

What if I don’t know what I need?
Our qualified sales representatives know what questions to ask to help you determine what is your best storage solution. He or she will ask you about what you need to store, how long you will need a storage unit, and what options and modifications you might need. The more information you can provide, the better we can help you!

How do I rent a storage unit?
To begin the rental process, you will need to complete a Credit application, available either via fax, e-mail or on the phone. You will need to fax the completed Credit Application to your BigSteelBox sales representative, who will then forward it to our corporate office. Once your credit application has been approved (24 hours), we can arrange for delivery.

How do I buy a storage unit?
We generally start with a Credit Application*, available either via fax, e-mail or on the phone. You will need to fax the completed Credit Application to your BigSteelBox sales representative, who will then forward it to our corporate office. Once your credit application has been approved (24 hours), we can arrange for delivery.

*If you don’t want to provide your credit information, we can bypass the Credit Application by arranging for a COD delivery, in which case you will need to make payment with a credit card, cashier’s check, money order, or company check.
